30 December 2009 - Torres Strait Tropical Rock Lobster Management Arrangements 2010
On 30 December 2009 the PZJA agreed that the existing management arrangements for the Torres Strait Tropical Rock Lobster Fishery will remain in place for 2010. These arrangements include: 1. A 7 day moon-tide hookah closure; and 2. A 30% tender reduction for the Transferrable Vessel Holder (TVH) fishers. See also: PZJA Out of Session Decisions, 30 December 2009

No change to Finfish management arrangements in 2009.
On the 23rd December 2008 the PZJA Standing Committee agreed that no modifications or additional management arrangements to those detailed in the current Fisheries Management Notices ( FMN 78 and 79), would be required for the Torres Strait Finfish fishery in 2009.
