

Torres Strait Tropical Rock Lobster Fishery Management Arrangements for 2012
2 February 2012 On 30 January 2012 the PZJA agreed to reintroduce interim management arrangements for the Torres Strait Tropical Rock Lobster Fishery for the 2012 season. These arrangements are:
- The 30 per cent tender reduction for the non - Traditional Inhabitant vessels with more than one tender; and
- A monthly seven day moon-tide hookah closure for all license holders.
